For our inaugural webinar, we are honoured to welcome Professor Elio Riboli, Chair in Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention at Imperial College London.

Professor Elio Riboli is Chair in Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention at the School of Public Health (SPH), Imperial College London. 

He has led innovative research in on the role of diet, nutrition and metabolic factors in cancer causation. Before joining Imperial, he worked at the International Agency for Research on Cancer where he led the establishment of the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutrition, including its dedicated large-scale population biobank. He has been the Founding Director of the SPH and of the Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Research Unit, jointly established by Imperial College and the Institute for Cancer Research.
