Once your account is created, as Representative of a Participating State, you can register to this Governing Council.
On the event overview page (bottom of the page), click on Register now, or click on registration on the left menu.
This will direct you to the Registration menu where you should fill in the form (e.g. selecting the Participating State you are representing, the type of representation, a valid scan of your ID/Passport and your affiliation details).
Click on Apply once you have filled in all the boxes. Your application will be sent for review to IARC.
Once your application is complete and validated, you will be able to ask questions on agenda items and documents.
