Participants are responsible for their own hotel bookings and payments.
You will receive a per diem at the IARC rate for Lyon (currently 252 Euros per night), in cash, on the first day of the meeting, upon receipt of the required supporting documents
(see the list of supporting documents for travel reimbursement mentioned in the IARC travel policy)
and upon completion of your expense claim form.
This is intended to cover your hotel, meals, ground transportation, including taxis,
and incidental expenses.
Room booking conditions
To secure your reservation a credit card is required.
Total hotel expenses have to be paid directly at the hotel upon check out.
We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible because February is a busy tourist season in Lyon.
