There are two options available for booking your travel
1. Tickets arranged by us
The Peking Union Medical College Hospital travel agency can provide your tickets (economy-class air tickets or first-class train tickets on the most direct and least expensive route available) for a return trip between your place of residence and Beijing, on the exact dates of the meeting.
Based on the information you provide in the registration form, the travel agency will present two different options for you to choose from.
An emergency contact (including a phone number) will be provided by the travel agency in case any urgent issues arise, such as changes to travel dates.
2. Self-purchased tickets
If you choose to purchase your ticket independently (e.g. change of class or travel on different dates), please send us your tickets and proof of payment at your earliest convenience.
The travel agency will reimburse you up to the equivalent amount of a round-trip economy ticket.
Reimbursements can be provided in cash (RMB) or via bank transfer.
After the meeting, once you have returned to your place of residence, please provide your return boarding pass (a screenshot or photo is sufficient).
Please fill in your registration form by 15 June 2026 at the latest and we will contact you with a travel proposal.
