Hotel accommodation, meals, and ground transportation will be provided by Peking Union Medical College Hospital.
Additionally, you will receive a meeting allowance of USD 500 per day.
You may receive this allowance either in cash at the meeting (in RMB), or via bank transfer in EUR or USD, processed directly by the travel agency.
To receive the allowance via bank transfer, you will be required to sign an International Conference Foreign Expert Travel Subsidy Agreement.
Please note that a certain percentage of taxes and fees will be deducted at source. The final amount received will depend on the exchange rate applicable at the time of transfer.
