All meals will be provided throughout the meeting:

• Breakfast will be provided at the hotel

• Welcome coffee on the mornings of 1 and 2 October, upon arrival at the venue 

• Morning and afternoon coffee breaks 

• Buffet lunch on 1 and 2 October

• Three group dinners — please indicate your participation and any accompanying guest(s) on the registration form
