Meals will be provided by IARC on Thursday 18 May and Friday 19 May as follows:

Welcome coffees, lunches and coffee-breaks will be served at IARC.

Clothing is informal for all events.

Vegetarian options will be available. 

In compliance with the alcohol-free policy implemented by IARC in July 2019, no alcoholic beverages will be offered or covered by IARC at our organized meals or events.

Alcoholic beverages will be available at your own expense during the cocktail dinner at ‘La Maison’ restaurant.
