Meals and social events

Meals will be provided by IARC from the evening of 27 September evening to breakfast of 1st October as follows:

Clothing is informal for all events.

Vegetarian meals will be available. All allergies will be taken into account. 

If you do not attend a given meal, please bear in mind that no compensation will be allotted.

Guests are welcome to accompany you to any of these meals at your own expense.

Please inform us about any special requests or additional guest(s) during your registration.

In compliance with the alcohol-free policy implemented by IARC in July 2019, no alcoholic beverages will be covered by IARC at our organized meals or events.

Alcoholic beverages will be available at your own expense.
