Editorial Board Meeting

Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Registration will take place on the first floor of the hotel lobby, as per the agenda. 
Boarding passes and other supporting documents, if applicable, will be collected on your arrival and you will be requested to check and sign an Expense Claim form.

When you register, you will be given a name badge that, for security reasons, you must wear at all times when you are at the hotel and when you enter the restaurant, so that you are identified as part of the WHO meeting.

The meeting will take place in the “Salon Esteron” on the 1st floor of the hotel.
Please do not leave unattended valuables in the meeting room.

Meals
All meals and breaks will be provided by IARC.

A welcome mixer will be hosted at the restaurant ‘L’Oliveraie’ (or on the terrace, weather permitting) on Tuesday 27 September as from 7.30pm.
The menu, including potential allergens, will be displayed at the entrance of the restaurant.
Make sure you wear your name badge.

Breakfasts will be served at the restaurant ‘L’Oliveraie’ on the ground floor of the hotel as from 7.00am.

Coffee breaks will be served just outside the Salon Esteron.

Buffet lunches will be served at the restaurant ‘L’Oliveraie’ on the ground floor of the hotel.

The group dinner on 29 September will take place at the restaurant ‘Le Temps d'un Eté'  as from 7.30pm (see the 29 September group dinner page for more details).

In compliance with the alcohol-free policy implemented by IARC in July 2019, no alcoholic beverages will be covered by IARC at our organized meals or events.

Alcoholic beverages will be available at your own expense.
