IARC will cover your hotel expenses based on single occupancy pricing including breakfast and taxes, for a maximum of 4 nights at the meeting venue (NH Nice hotel) (arrival on 27 September and departure on 30 September or 1 October).
Incidentals (such as minibar, telephone, multimedia services, etc.) will not be covered by IARC and must be settled at the hotel reception upon check out.
Should you wish to extend your stay at the NH Nice hotel (the rate is €172 per night, including breakfast for single occupancy) or should you wish to book a room for double occupancy (+ €12 per night and city tax €2.20 per person and per night), at your own expense, please provide this information on your registration form and no later than
15 August.
